There is no right or wrong or correct amount of time to mourn. Everybody grieves differently, in their own time frame and in their unique way. We grieve the death of a loved one. We can grieve the decline of our own health or the loss of a family member’s health (emotional or physical). We may mourn the death of a beloved pet.
